I'm so sorry Hope and am sad to see you leaving the LYL forum after all the knowledge and expertise you have worked hard for. I know Garrett is very protective of the program he developed but it feels quite harsh. I feel he is seeing a threat when it was not meant at all in that way. I feel for you and see your generosity of spirit. I'm sure you will do a lot of good with your work and be blessed
Hope, you are a true gift to this world. I am beyond grateful that you brought calcium to the conversation. Doing LYL, my energy levels had begun to tank, so much so that even walking was more than my body wanted to do. Upon adding calcium, my energy started to rise again. I’m still working my way up to my optimal dose of calcium, but so far my GERD is gone, joint pain vastly improved, my sinus congestion is almost gone, I’m pooping easily and cleanly, I’m losing weight instead of gaining weight (this is a good thing), my mood is better, and my energy has improved so much that I’m not only back to walking, I’m also lifting weights! Thank you, Hope!!
Thank you for letting us know what happened! It can be so confusing and disheartening when something like this occurs and people who are affected but aren't the principal characters are never offered much of an explanation, if any at all. Considering how disappointed I know you are, I'm so impressed with your attitude of acceptance and ability to look forward to your positive future. I'll miss your presence and valuable help on the network and wish you the best - and am glad for your Substack!
You're welcome! I felt someone had to say something. It is disappointing, but it is okay. I have found peace and realized how much of an impact I have made in people's lives and it is such a blessing to know! I didn't fully know how many people I have helped until this happened.
I was hoping you were just taking a break to move, but I finally found this in my email. I will definitely miss your comments on the LYL forum, and I appreciate how much time you took to answer my questions and other patients in your office hours. I especially want to thank you for helping me in the forum this winter when my son was not doing well. I haven't given you an update yet, but he is doing so much better. His racing/irrational thoughts get worse at times, but overall, he is managing things so much better. He allowed himself to get a lot of rest for several months, and taking Magnesium Lycinate Glycinate, as far as we know, has really helped. There's more that he can do, but he is living life again and not as troubled or consumed by his thoughts. Thank you for having such a kind heart.
Wow. You were such an asset to the program. You were so generous with helpful advice and real life experience.
Best of luck in your new endeavors. I will be following closely, because I too feel like I am missing something with LYL. I have been following the program since November 2020. I made some early progress, now now I feel stalled.
Yeah, I know! I was so happy helping people! Unfortunately, I was told not to be as present in February because people complained. So, I had to reduce my activity.
Hope, thanks so much for writing this. I am so sad to lose you on the LYL forum. Your help and support have been invaluable to me, and every time I’ve been able to come to your office hours I found your guidance so helpful and insightful. I love your attitude, and I’m confident that many blessings and adventures await you. I look forward to following your journey!
You're welcome. I am sorry I had to. I get so sad knowing I won't be able to help troubleshoot right now. I do plan on doing my own thing when I can, but that is a ways off.
Hope, I greatly appreciate your explanation of the events. We were all left dumbfounded, when hearing the sad news that you were no longer with LYL.
Even though we only had one consultation together and you gave me guidance in the comment threads, you were helpful. I was looking forward to the next consultation together in October, but here we are.
I can see what a strong woman you are. You have to be, especially, with having so many children ha ha! I know you’ll do well going forward. Best of everything to you and hope you are having a spectacular Fourth of July! 🎇🎆
Yeah, it was sort of a shock to me when it happened. I am sorry I am gone, as well, but feel relieved as now I can speak up about calcium. I really feel it will help people.
I was looking forward to your next one, too. Sorry I wont be able to.
Thank you! Haha!!! Yeah, I have my share of children! lol
It has done me, and others, wonders! I have been taking it almost 18 months now and just keep seeing improvements. I feel so much better since taking it. It is worth a shot!
I'm very sorry too to see you go Hope. Especially given the reason, it's mind boggling. If there is something by now we all should have learnt, is how complex our bodies are (only God knows the ins and outs of our bodies), how different our chemistry balances are and all that should lead us to have open minds to consider other thoughts or experiences.
The conversation around calcium is super timely in my case. Lately I have been struggling with terrible silent reflux and couldn't solve until I found my own post in the LYL network about discovering how a bit of calcium intake (via cheese) helped me enormously with that problem. I had been feeling better so I had stopped doing it. When the problem came back, I had forgotten what had helped me before (that tells you how my brain works!). Long story short, I started eating a piece of cheese a couple of times a day, and man, what a difference!, that really fixed the issue. I'm going to start supplementing now small doses of Ca citrate (non GMO). I'm wondering what other health issues I have that might be derived from a Ca deficiency.
I know. I was blessed to be able to help people there as long as I did. However, my time there was up, for whatever reason. All I know is God is bringing good out of this. He is using this predicament for good, regardless how bad the devil wants to destroy what is good, God is turning it around. He will shine through in all of this. He has something He wants to show the world and is using this situation to do so.
I am glad you are finding relief with calcium! There are a lot of health issues that are derived from calcium deficiency. Stay tuned as I will be deep diving into the calcium connection into things.
Hope I'm so sorry this happened to you. I have been asking my own questions now about this
program. I'm not negating it, just am unsure about it. I have benefited up to a point. For many years I have been one who negates taking calcium as I believe and have been told we already have
too much stored calcium in our tissues, and blood vessels, not where it should be in the bones. Especially the kind of cALCIUM sold, it's like chalk! I'd love to hear you speak about it from what you have learned and the best form of Ca+ to take. I'm open to hear, just as I learned to open about Vit A.
Me, too. I started questioning things when I didn't do well with niacin. Then, when I started calcium and it helped immensely, I started researching it. When it helped with something I didn't know was calcium related, I'd do more research. Calcium is so much more than bones and teeth. It helps with all sorts of things. I plan on making many posts about calcium and its benefits. So, just stay tuned! I have lots to share!!
I look forward to hearing your perspective on calcium and why we need to supplement with it. My concern is from what I've been told is we already have too much calcium in the wrong places, is this true?
I talked with Celia Farber earlier. She got into carnivore last year. Follower of Judy Cho. I forwarded yours and Grant's information to her. With all the free time on your hands you might do well to get a look at her substack. Celia is beautiful. She was one of the first to clue me in to Fauci's genocide with AZT on poor kids, drug users and gays with his HIV fraud. Same game he played on coophid.
Will be a beautiful think when you two hook up. Now if we can get Judy Cho to interview you,.............
Possibly. There are other forms you can try and also food sources that are low in vA. Figs, coconut water and mineral water are a few. Even Grant drinks mineral water for the calcium.
Hi Hope! I wondered what kind of calcium is best to try, how much, and what is best for sensitive folks? Thanks! Curious to test this out. I saw somebody tried ionic calcium on the skin, and others mentioning citrate or carbonate.
I'm sorry this came about in this way. I am eager to see what you do next. You are a wealth of knowledge and have so much care and concern for others. Keep us posted on your health journey discoveries as well as your new professional endeavors.
I know. I wish it didn't turn out this way, either, but God turns things the devil means for bad into something good. I can see Him doing that now. It is cool to see God working.

Thank you! Regardless of the reason, I will be fine. I am at peace. I am always blessed knowing I have helped in some way.

Oh, awesome! So glad to hear that!

Nope, sadly. I am not in the network at all.
All I have ever wanted to do is help people and I honestly feel that was taken advantage of.
I am so happy I was able to help you and others. That, alone blesses me and makes me feel good knowing I did. So, thank you for blessing me today!
I am glad he is doing better! Please, if you can, keep me posted on progress.
And, if you want to learn more about calcium, stay tuned!

Thank you! I had an awesome 4th!
Sorry you're not with LYL anymore Hope. Always appreciated your viewpoints and kindness and reponsiveness.
I am, too, but honestly, I am also glad I am not as now I am no longer suppressed from helping people, which is my passion and my calling.
It would be really sad and kind of funny if a little bit of calcium is all I needed to bring some improvement.
It has done me, and others, wonders! I have been taking it almost 18 months now and just keep seeing improvements. I feel so much better since taking it. It is worth a shot!

I will definitely be doing so. There is a lot of misconceptions on calcium and I plan to deep dive into what it can do for the body.
Thank you
You're welcome.
Hey Young Lady,
I talked with Celia Farber earlier.

Hahaha!! Free time...what does that look like?
Will see about looking at it, though.
I think I have a little bit before my next interview, but I could be wrong.
And if potassium citrate causes copper mobilization and insomnia for me, will calcium citrate do the same thing because of the citrate?
I am actually trying to figure this out. Different people have different needs so the different forms helps with those needs.
I will keep everyone posted.
He has a way of doing that, doesn't He? We need to trust Him.
Yes, we do! Sorry I did not respond sooner. This got lost in all the messages from Substack.
